Community Competition 2015

The communities taking part in this year's Floral Guernsey Community Competition have been recognised for their achievements at this year’s awards evening. The judges commended the participating communities (seven in all ) on their consistently high standards right across the board.
'The huge amount of work put in each year by the floral groups contributes to making the Bailiwick of Guernsey an amazingly beautiful place for people to live in and for visitors to enjoy' said Senior UK judge Jean Griffin.
John Woodward, Vice- Chairman, Floral Guernsey Foundation,  said 'It is very rewarding to see so many hard working, dedicated volunteers being recognised for all their efforts. We look forward to seeing the overall winner representing  the Bailiwick of Guernsey  (or in other words the ' Floral Islands') in next year's RHS Britain in Bloom National Finals'.
