We are delighted to host a very special guest during the month of June and close our spring / summer schedule with John McDonald.

John is best known as the presenter on the weekly flower arranging YouTube channel Flower Joos, which has an amazing 140,000 subscribers.

His evening demonstration on Wednesday 8th June is titled ‘Memories of Gleneagles’.

John will demonstrate some of his grand designs from his Gleneagles Hotel days and include some Sogetsu Ikebana style arrangements, his current passion.

John is a florist from Scotland with over 30 years experience in the industry.

After setting up his own shop in Dundee, he moved to work at the renowned Gleneagles Hotel, where he headed up the floral team for 10 years.

John is an avid demonstrator but also enjoys competition work.

He has won Best in Show at the SAFAS area show in 2015 and has won a gold medal twice at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, with Best in Show in 2019.
